Fruit Raita looks no less than a sweet dish because it contains the sweetness of fruits. The more delicious it is to eat, the easier it is to make. You can make fruit raita as something special in lunch or dinner. You can add more or less fruits as per your choice and also add some dry fruits like almonds and cashews in it.

curd 2 cups
Pineapple chopped 1/2 cup
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
1/2 cup chopped green grapes
Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
banana 1
Black salt as required
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
How To Make Fruit Raita Recipe :
Step – 1 Beat the curd
Put curd in a big bowl. Now add black salt, sugar, cumin powder and red chili powder. Use a spoon or a fork and mix well until well combined.
Step – 2 Add fruits and mix it
Add chopped grapes, banana, pineapple and pomegranate seeds. Mix well to make raita.
Step – 3 Serve
Once done, your fruit raita is ready to serve.

Fresh fruits are very good for our health. If you want, you can make it more delicious by adding your favorite fruits to it, but keep in mind that do not add overripe fruits to it, otherwise the taste of the raita will get spoiled. Do not cut apples and bananas and keep them for a long time otherwise they will turn black. Always use full fat curd to make raita. Due to this, Raita looks good both to eat and to look at.
