Grapes Vegetable / Angoor ki Sabzi –
Ingredients Grapes Vegetable / Angoor ki Sabzi –
2 tomato puree
1 bowl grapes
1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 spoon cashews, almonds and raisins
1.1/2 teaspoon cheese
1,1/2 teaspoon sugar
1.1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Kasmiri lal mirch powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin coriander leaves, salt, oil
How To Make Grapes Vegetable / Angoor ki Sabzi –
To make grape curry, heat oil in a pan, then fry the dry fruits in it for one to two minutes and take them out in a plate. Now add cumin seeds in the pan and fry it. As soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add green chillies and ginger to it and fry for 30 seconds. Then add tomato puree in it and stir it. Also add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix the spices while stirring.
Fry the tomatoes well until the rawness goes away and the oil separates from the spices. Now fry it for two to three minutes, then add sugar and salt and fry for another minute. Then add dry fruits and green coriander to it and mix while stirring. Now add grapes to it and mix it well while stirring. Now cover it and cook for two to three minutes. Angur ki sabji is ready.
