Greek Salad Recipe -

Ingredients Delicious Greek Salad Recipe –

Broccoli – 1 (small size florets)

100 grams Baby Corn  (cut into desired size)

50 grams Tofu –  (cut into small cubes)

 1 Onion –  medium (cut into cubes)

1 Cucumber –  medium (cut into cubes)

1 Tomato –  medium (cut into cubes)

2 tbsp Coriander –  (finely chopped)

25 Fresh mint leaves – (finely chopped)

15 Almonds –  (soak and remove the peel)

A – ½ inch piece ginger – (thinly chopped lengthwise) 

Dressing Ingredients

2 tbsp lemon juice –

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 spoon honey –

Garlic – 1 clove (grated)

Oregano – 1/2 tsp

Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp

Mustard Sauce – 1/2 tsp

Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (coarsely ground)

Salt – 1/2 tsp or as per taste

How To Make Greek Salad Recipe –

step 1 -Peel off the upper tough part of the broccoli stalk and wash all the vegetables thoroughly twice with water.

Step 2- Steam broccoli,  baby corn, for 2 minutes.

Step 3- Take out broccoli,  baby corn, and put them in a bowl. Add tofu, tomato, onion, cucumber, ginger, mint leaves, green coriander and mix lightly.

Step 4 – In a cup, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper powder, oregano, honey, chilli flakes, mustard sauce, garlic and mix well.

Step 5- Pour the mixed salad dressing over the salad and mix well. Keep the salad mix in the fridge for about half an hour so that the flavor of the dressing gets absorbed properly in all the vegetables.
