Ingredients Nariyal Barfi Recipe-

Ripe coconut powder – 100 grams

Mawa-200 grams (one cup)

Powdered sugar-200 grams (one cup)

Cardamom – 5-6 (peeled and ground)

Pistachios-15-20 (chop finely)

How to make Nariyal Barfi Recipe-

Grind coconut into fine powder in your food processor or use a grater or buy ready-made coconut shavings from the market.

Fry the Mawa well (Fry the Mawa till it turns pink, the barfi will be more delicious and will last longer).

If you are taking granulated sugar then make sugar syrup. For the syrup, mix 100 grams (half cup) water and sugar in a pan and keep it on the gas to make the syrup. Mix well by stirring with a spoon and make 3 strings of syrup.

Syrup: Dissolve sugar in water and bring it to boil. Cook the syrup for 5-6 minutes while stirring occasionally. Take 1-2 drops of sugar in a plate with a spoon and when it cools down, stick it between your finger and thumb. You will see that 2-3 strings form and sing, which means that the syrup is ready. If it is not so then cook the syrup further and test the same. Turn the gas off

Add coconut powder to the syrup and mix well. Now add cooled mawa and cardamom powder and mix well. Grease a plate with some ghee. Put the mixture on a plate and spread it evenly all around and put chopped pistachios on it and press it with a ladle. Keep the barfi to cool.

After 1-2 hours you will see that this mixture has frozen and now cut this frozen mixture into square pieces with a knife, Coconut Burfi (Nariyal Ki Burfi).
