Badam Shake -

 

Ingredients for Badam Shake –

milk 1 liter

Custard powder

– 1 tsp Sugar

– 1 bowl Chopped almonds and pistachios 1 bowl

Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Saffron threads 8-10

Whole almonds 15 20

How to make Badam Shake recipe

Now put milk in a thick-bottomed

pan and heat it on medium flame. When it starts boiling, add saffron threads and cardamom powder and cook for 2 minutes while stirring so that the flavor of saffron and cardamom gets mixed well in the milk. (Cook the milk on medium heat and keep stirring it continuously with a spoon so that the milk does not burn from the sides and bottom).

When the milk reduces slightly and becomes thick, add sugar and cook till it dissolves. Now when the sugar dissolves, add almond paste and cook for 2 minutes. Now add the custard solution little by little and keep stirring with a spoon. Now it has to be cooked on low flame for 4-5 minutes so that the milk can thicken.

Now the milk has thickened, then add some chopped almonds and pistachios and cook for 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool down a bit. When it cools down a bit, keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Then take it out from the fridge and put it in a glass and serve it with chopped almonds and pista
