Paneer and Corn Kebabs

Ingredients Paneer and Corn Kebabs

1 cup mashed cheese

half cup corn

one finely chopped onion

2 tbsp gram flour

1 spoon poha

1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste

1 finely chopped green chilli

a pinch of cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

Salt and oil as required

How to Make Paneer and Corn Kebabs

First of all, add corn, cheese and onion in a vessel and mix well. Now add gram flour, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, salt and chaat masala. After 5 minutes, add poha to the mixture and mix well. Now make small balls from this mixture and then press them lightly to make them flat. Then place the oil in a pot or pan on medium flame to heat it. After the oil is hot, fry the flat dough until it turns golden.

After all the Paneer Corn Kebabs are ready, serve them with sauce or tomato chutney.
