Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients For Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
1 onion
1 boiled potato
capsicum
1 small cucumber
1 carrot,
grated 100 grams cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
to taste Tomato sauce
as required
How To Make Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
1 Cut cucumber, onion and capsicum into slices.
2. Mix grated carrot and cheese.
3 Add in mayonnaise.
4 Grease the bread slices with some tomato sauce.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
5. Put vegetables on top of all this.
6. Add grated veggie mix on top of it.
6. Place cheese slices.
Cover with another slice and grill with butter.
