Milk – 1 liter

Betel leaves – 4-6

Rose petals – 2 tablespoons

Fennel seeds – 2 teaspoons

Poppy seeds – 1 teaspoon

Almonds – 1/2 cup

Cashews – 1/2 cup

Mugja seeds – 2 teaspoons

Cardamom – 2-3

Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – according to taste

How To Make Delicious Paan Thandai Recipe

Wash and clean the betel leaves and then wipe them with a dry cloth and cut them into small pieces. After this, cut the cashews and almonds as well. Now take a big vessel and put poppy seeds, cardamom, cashews, almonds, magaj seeds, fennel, rose petals and black pepper in it.

After this, add water to it and soak all the ingredients in water for about 2 hours. After the stipulated time, take out all the ingredients and shift them to the mixer grinder. After this, put betel leaves in the mixer jar. Add sugar as per taste and grind it well after putting the lid on.

When the paste of all the things is ready, take them out and keep them aside in a vessel. Now take milk and heat it. Now keep the milk aside to cool. If you want, you can also use already cooked cold milk.

Pour cold milk in a vessel and add the prepared paste to it and mix it well with the help of a spoon. After this, keep the Paan Thandai in the fridge for some time to cool down. When the Thandai is chilled, pour it in a serving glass and serve by adding almond slivers on top.
