Yummy Rava Dosa

 Ingredients Yummy Ragi Dosa

2 cups ragi flour

1/2 cup rice flour

1/2 cup sour curd

3-4 green chillies, finely chopped

1 cup coriander leaves,chopped

1/2 cup onions, finely chopped

Salt to taste

For tempering:

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

5-6 curry leaves

1 tsp oil

How To Make Yummy Ragi Dosa

  * Mix ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and onions. Make a batter by adding water as required and keep aside for 2 hours.

* Heat oil and add all the tempering ingredients. When the mustard seeds crackle, add the batter.

 * Heat a non-stick pan and pour oil on it and heat it slightly. Once hot, pour a ladle full of batter, spread in a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side.

* While cooking it, apply a little oil on the edges. When it is cooked on both sides, serve it hot.
