Bell – 1
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cold water –
4 cups ice cubes
How to Make Bel Sharbat-
To make wood apple juice, first take the wood apple and break it and take out its entire pulp in a vessel. After this, mix cold water in the vessel containing the pulp and keep it aside for about 1 hour. After the stipulated time, pick up the vessel and mash the pulp present in it thoroughly with water. For this you can take help of hand or masher. Mashing the vine will remove its fibers and seeds.
After this, take a juice filter and filter the vine juice in a vessel through it. Now add sugar as per taste in the filtered syrup and mix it well. After this, add ice cubes in it and leave it for 1-2 minutes. Your delicious wood apple syrup is ready. Before serving, take it out in a glass and if you want, add one or two more ice cubes on top and serve
