Ingredients for cheese lollipops
Paneer – 200 grams Cornflour – 2 tbsp Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 1/2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce – 2 tbsp Garlic – 4 cloves White Sesame – 2 tbsp oil – as per salt – as per taste green onion leaves for garnish
Method for cheese lollipops-
To begin making the Indo-Chinese Paneer Lollipop Recipe, firstly chop the garlic finely. Finely chop the onion leaves too. Now cut the paneer into pieces and keep it. In a bowl add Schezwan sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, chopped garlic, chopped green onions, and salt, and mix well.
Now add paneer to this mix and mix it well and keep it for fifteen minutes. Take a grill pan and heat it and apply oil to it with the help of a brush. Now place the cornflour on a plate and add paneer to it and mix. Now place these paneer pieces on the grill pan and grill them till they turn brown from both sides.
When the paneer is grilled, put it in sesame seeds and apply it well around the paneer. Your Indo-Chinese Paneer Lollipop is ready to serve.
