Put ghee in the pan and heat it, reserve half a cup of ghee for yourself, take out a roti-sized ball from the kneaded dough with the help of your fingers and make a round ball with your hands and place it between both the palms and press and flatten it, make this flat ball. Put it in ghee to fry. Put 3-4 balls together in ghee and fry on low flame
When it turns brown, take it out in a plate, fry all the balls in the same way and let it cool. Break these balls into pieces and put them in a mixer or food processor and grind them finely. If there are thick pieces in the churma, then filter the ground churma in a colander and grind the thick pieces again. Now put the remaining ghee and all the ghee you have in the pan and add the churma made by you in that ghee and fry it on low flame. When its color becomes light brown and ghee starts smelling, then remove it from the gas and now fry the mawa in it and mix it.
