3 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard/mustard seeds tsp urad dal 1 tsp chana dal few curries
leave 1 dry red chili 2 green chilies, slit 1-inch ginger, finely chopped 10 cashews cup coconut, grated 2 cups cooked rice tsp salt
How to make Coconut Rice Recipe-
Heat 3 tsp oil in a large Kadai and fry 1 tsp mustard, tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, a few curry leaves, and 1 dry red chili. Add 2 green chilies and 1-inch ginger. Fry a little Add 10 cashews and fry till the cashews turn golden brown. Add a cup of grated coconut and sauté for a minute or till the raw smell goes away. Add 2 cups cooked rice and tsp salt. Mix gently without breaking the rice. Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes or till the coconut flavor is absorbed by the rice
