Peel the almonds and pistachios. Now grind the poppy seed mixture with some water and filter it through a muslin cloth. Repeat the same process for the second time.
Peel the almonds and pistachios and grind the cashews, almonds and pistachios well in a mixer to make a paste and mix it with the ground Thandai mixture.
Now add cold milk and add sugar powder. Lastly, add soaked saffron and add ice cubes and pour it in a serving glass. Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals and serve to everyone.
