Healthy Palak Paneer Recipe-

Ingredients Healthy Palak Paneer Recipe-

1 bowl spinach

250 grams paneer (cut into pieces)

1 large onion (cut into pieces)

1 inch piece of ginger

5-6 cloves of garlic.

4 green chillies (cut into pieces)

1 tomato (finely chopped)

1 tsp garam masala

salt as per taste

two tablespoons cream

water as per need

As per oil requirement.

How to make Healthy Palak Paneer Recipe-

– First of all, heat water in a pan on medium flame. As soon as it comes to a boil, add spinach and boil.

When the spinach leaves are extinguished, turn off the flame and wash the spinach with cold water.

– After this grind spinach in a mixer. Take care not to mix water.

Now put onion, garlic, ginger and tomato in the mixer and grind them well and keep them in a bowl.

– Heat oil in a pan again on medium flame

As soon as the oil is hot, add prepared ginger-garlic paste to it and fry. Then add spinach paste to it and let it boil. After a boil, add salt and garam masala.Mix.

Now add pieces of paneer in it and stir the spinach once.

– If the gravy becomes thick then add some water to it. – 

As soon as the gravy is ready, turn off the flame and pour cream on top. –

Palak Paneer is ready. Serve with roti or naan.
