1 teaspoon olive oil

3 baby corn

1 green capsicum

1 yellow capsicum

1-2 tomatoes

8-10 green beans

2 chopped carrots

1 broccoli

1 paneer

How To Make Healthy Vegetable salad Recipe-

Boil broccoli in hot water for some time. By doing this it will be cleaned well and will also remain soft to eat. Cut all the remaining vegetables into pieces. To make salad, first take a pan and add olive oil in it. If you want, you can also use mustard oil.

Now add baby corn into it and then add all the chopped vegetables in the pan. After this, add some water to this ingredient and cook the salad on low flame for some time. Remember that cooking salad for too long can destroy its nutrients. Therefore, cook it for only 5 minutes. Now you can also add salt to this ingredient as per your taste. Now your salad is ready to eat.
