How To Make Palak Poha Cutlet Recipe

Put the poha in a bowl and wash it thoroughly with water twice. Wash the poha and remove the water, leave only a little water in the poha so that it becomes soft. After some time, move the poha up and down with a spoon so that the poha rises evenly.

Peel the potatoes and grate them in a bowl. After this, let the oil heat in the pan.

Add poha and chopped spinach to the potatoes. Also add grated ginger, green chilli, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and green coriander. Mix everything well. The mixture for cutlets will be ready.

To make cutlets, apply some oil on your hands and take a little of the prepared mixture in your hand and make a round shape. Flatten it a little with your hands and give it the shape of a cutlet and keep it in a plate. Make all the cutlets in the same manner.

Before frying the cutlets, check the oil being heated in the pan. Take a little of the mixture and put it in the oil. If it is sizzling, the oil is hot. For cutlets, medium-high hot oil is required and the flame should also be medium. One by one, put as many cutlets as will fit in the pan for frying. ,

As soon as the cutlets become brown from below, turn them over and fry the cutlets one by one until they become golden brown on both sides. After frying well, take out the cutlets in a plate lined with napkin paper. While taking them out, keep the ladle at an angle on the edge of the pan.

So that the excess oil goes back into the pan itself. Prepare all the cutlets by frying them in the same manner.

Serve crispy and tasty Poha Spinach Cutlets with green coriander chutney, tomato ketchup or your favorite chutney.
