Ingredients Paneer Lajawab Recipe-
Paneer pieces in cube shape 250gm
Oil 4 tbs
Jeera 1 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Chopped red capsicum 1
Chopped green capsicum 1
Chopped yellow capsicum 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped onion 1
Red chili powder 2 tbs
Garam masala 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1 tbs
Kaju paste 1 tbs
Amul fresh cream 1 cup
Salt as per taste
How To Make Paneer Lajawab Recipe-
In pan heat oil then add paneer cube and fry them on low flame till it turns slight golden from both sides then remove it from flame
In the same pan add onion and fry them to turn slightly golden
Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato
Cook, it then adds chopped tomato and all chopped tricolored capsicum
Then add all spices in it add some drops of water to avoid stickiness of the spices
Then add fried paneer Kaju paste and salt
Cook it till the raw smell of spices goes on
At the last add Amul fresh cram cook it for 1 minute and then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with tandoori roti or jeera rice
