Ingredients For Papdi Chaat Recipe

200 grams all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons semolina

1 tablespoon celery

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 cup water

1 cup urad dal paste

1 teaspoon salt

2 (boiled) potatoes

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon mixed gram

1/2 teaspoon black salt

1 cup curd

1 tablespoon sugar

cumin powder

Chaat masala

1 teaspoon sweet chutney

1 teaspoon sour chutney

How To Make Papdi Chaat Recipe

Take flour in a bowl, add semolina, celery and salt to it. Mix them well and add some oil. Add some water and mix all the ingredients well. Now prepare its dough and roll it like a roti. With the help of a circular cutter, take out small pieces from this roti and keep them in a separate plate.

Heat oil in a pan. Now fry these small papdi in this hot oil till they become golden brown and crispy. Take urad dal paste, add salt to it and mix well. Now make small balls from this paste and deep fry them.

Fry them till they become golden brown. Take them out and soak them in cold water for some time. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, add salt and red chilli powder to it. Mash them well. Take a small bowl of black gram, add black salt to it and mix it. Take another bowl, add curd and some sugar to it and mix it.

Now spread the papdis on a plate and place the prepared bhalle on it. Add the potato and gram mixture on top. Sprinkle cumin powder and chaat masala on it. Add red chili powder, curd, sweet chutney and sour chutney and spread it. Garnish with pomegranate and sev.
