Pasta In Red Sauce Recipe:

Red Sauce Pasta If you want to make it healthy, then take flour pasta and use lots of vegetables in it. You can make it easily. If you want to start your day with a fun breakfast on weekends, then you can also make red sauce pasta. And enjoy with family.

  Ingredients Pasta In Red Sauce
Pasta In Red Sauce Recipe:

Pasta – 2 cups (160 grams)

Tomato – 4 (400 grams)

Tomato Sauce – 1/4 cup

Olive oil – 2 to 3 tbsp

Capsicum of different colors – 1 or 2

Mushrooms – 5 to 6

Beans – 1 handful

Basil leaves – 8 to 10

Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp

Oregano – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1.5 tsp or as per taste

Mozzarella cheese – to garnish

How To Make Pasta In Red Sauce Recipe:

Make red sauce like this –

Put olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat it. -Till then put tomato and ginger in the mixer and grind them. -Now cut the garlic into small pieces and add it to the pan and fry. -Now add small chopped onion in the pan and stir with a spoon. -After 2 minutes, add PC tomato puree in the pan and fry. -Now add salt to it.

-Now cover it and cook for some time and turn off the gas. -Pasta sauce is ready.

How to boil pasta –

Put water in another big pan and add salt in it. -When it comes to a boil, add wheat pasta i.e. pasta prepared from flour. -To prevent the pasta from sticking to each other, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. -When the pasta boils, filter its water through a strainer.

How to make red sauce pasta –

Now add olive oil in a big pan and sauté all the vegetables in it. -Now add all the herbs in it and stir well. -Now put the pasta in the pan and sauté it gently. -When it mixes well, add sauce to it and turn off the gas.

-Add salt as per taste. -Now add graded cheese for garnishing. -Your red sauce pasta is ready.
