200g gluten free pasta –
1 cup broccoli –
2 pinches of salt –
2 crushed cloves of garlic –
2 teaspoons olive oil –
a handful basil –
2 small chopped tomatoes –
freshly ground black pepper –
two teaspoons vinegar –
4 lettuce leaves –
1 teaspoon oregano
How To Make Pasta Salad Recipe
To make pasta salad, first boil the pasta for 10 to 15 minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain its water and wash it thoroughly in running water. Spread pasta, lettuce leaves, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic in a serving bowl. Pour lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil over it.Add salt, black pepper powder and oregano to it. Mix all these things together. Garnish with basil leaves and serve this healthy salad.
