How to make potato cheese balls-

To make Crispy Cheesy Potato Balls, put mashed potatoes, grated mozzarella cheese, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and coriander in a bowl and mix everything together by hand. After that make a batter for the balls and keep it. In a bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt and black pepper powder and mix it with a spoon

After that add water little by little and mix it with a hand whisker and make its lumps free better. Now take a tablespoon of the mixture from the mixture and spread it a little with the first hand. So that you can keep the cheese cube inside it. Then put a cheese cube in it and close it from all sides and make a ball out of it. Keep all the balls in the same way. Now dip a ball in the batter, take out the ball with a spoon and put it in the bread crumbs, and coat it well.

And keep the whole ball coated in the same way. Now put oil in a pan and keep it for heating. When the oil becomes medium hot, then put the balls in it and fry them on medium flame till they become golden and keep them on tissue paper.

And fry the rest of the balls as well. Now serve these crispy cheesy balls with sauce
