Ingredients Yummy Paneer Cutlet
One cup flour/maida/gram flour
a cup of water
1 cup mashed cheese
4 to 6 bread slices
3 boiled potatoes
One spoon ginger-garlic paste
half coriander powder
finely chopped coriander leaves
Garam masala, mango powder and oil
as required salt as per taste
How to Make Yummy Paneer Cutlet
First of all prepare the flour or gram flour solution. Now add coriander powder, coriander leaves, mango powder, garam masala and onion and mix well. Now keep the solution aside for some time. Then crumble all the slices of bread in another vessel. After this, mash boiled potatoes in it also.
Now add cheese and mash all three ingredients well, so that pitti is prepared. After the pitti is ready, make a ball out of it. Then give the dough the shape of your choice and dip it in the flour and gram flour solution. Meanwhile, heat the pan on medium flame. After the oil is hot, fry the cutlets. Oil absorbing paper can be used to absorb the oil present in it. Now just serve it with your child’s favorite chutney or sauce.
