two cups wheat flour
Desi ghee or oil as required
1 cup mashed cheese
One boiled potato (optional)
half teaspoon ginger paste
one spoon finely chopped coriander
half teaspoon mango powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
salt as per taste
How To Make Yummy Paneer Parantha
First of all, add two spoons of oil or ghee to wheat flour and knead it. On one side, keep the pan on the gas to heat on low flame. On the other hand, add grated cheese, ginger paste, potatoes (optional), green coriander and other spices in a bowl. After putting all the ingredients in a vessel, mix well. Now make a ball of dough and roll it into a round roti. Then with the help of a spoon, fill the mixed ingredients in it as per the size of the roti and fold it. Now roll the roti with light hands. After rolling the roti, put it on a hot pan.
Now apply ghee and cook it well from both the sides. Now just serve hot paneer paratha with green chutney to the child.
