Delicious Vanilla Cake

   Ingredients Delicious Vanilla Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup curd

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch salt

7 inch cake mold For icing:–

1 cup whipped cream

2 teaspoons powdered sugar

1/4 cup normal water

How To Make Delicious Vanilla Cake

First of all, preheat the gas tandoor and apply oil on the cake tin to make it smooth and dust it with flour. Now take foil paper of the round shape of the cake tin and put a wet cloth in it and fold it.

Now add curd, oil, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Now put flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a sieve and sieve it. Now mix these dry ingredients little by little with the wet ingredients using the cut and fold method. To correct the consistency, add milk little by little and mix it

Now transfer this batter into the cake tin and tap it 2 to 3 times. Now place this tin in the preheated gas tandoor and close the lid. And let the cake bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Check the cake once after 30 minutes to see if it is baking properly or not. After 40 minutes, check with a toothpin whether the cake is baked or not. If the toothpin comes out clean, if not, then bake the cake for 5 more minutes.

Now let the cake cool for 15 to 20 minutes and demould it. Keep it in a polythene bag and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. After cooling, cut the cake in three parts. Add 2 tablespoons sugar in 1/4 cup water and mix it. Whip the cream.

Now take the first layer of the cake and soak it by pouring sugar syrup on it and spread the cream evenly. Set all the three layers in the same way and coat the top layer well with cream as well… and make it equal…

Now put cream in the piping bag and put star nozzle and make any design of your choice. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour to set. Our eggless vanilla  cake is ready. Cut it and serve it chilled.
