250 grams urad dal

1 inch grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 green chilies (finely chopped)

Water for mixing the batter

Oil for frying

250 grams of whisked yogurt

1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of roasted and ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon of sweet and sour tamarind chutney

1/2 teaspoon of green chutney

Black salt…

1 tablespoon coriander leaves

A pinch of cumin powder

A pinch of red chili powder

How to make Yummy  Dahi Vada Recipe

First, soak the urad dal overnight. – The next day, grind the dal coarsely in a mixer. – Add chopped green chilies, ginger, and baking soda to the dal paste…And add salt.

 – Pour oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. – When the oil is hot, take a small portion of the paste and make a round shape. Make the vadas

and fry them in oil until they turn golden. – Now take lukewarm water in a vessel and keep adding the fried vadas into it. – When the vadas become soft… So, squeeze out the water by pressing it between the palms. – On the other hand, to make curd, take curd, cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, tamarind in a vessel. Add salt and mix. –

Now keep adding the vadas in the curd and pour curd on top as well. – Sprinkle green coriander, cumin powder and red chili powder on top and serve. …
