Paneer Kathi roll Recipe-

  Ingredients  Paneer Kathi roll Recipe-

  • ▢1 cup wheat flour
  • ▢1 cup maida
  • ▢½ tsp salt
  • ▢water (to knead)
  • ▢2 tbsp oil

for marination:

  • ▢1 cup curd (thick)
  • ▢2 tbsp shan tandoori masala
  • ▢1 tsp shan ginger garlic paste
  • ▢2 tsp lemon juice
  • ▢3 tsp oil
  • ▢½ petals onion
  • ▢14 cube paneer
  • ▢6 cube red capsicum
  • ▢6 cube green capsicum
  • ▢6 cube yellow capsicum
  • ▢12 cherry tomato

other ingredients:

  • ▢oil (for roasting)
  • green chutney
  • ▢chili vinegar
  • ▢cabbage (shredded)
  • ▢onion (sliced)
  • ▢cucumber (chopped)
  • tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

on how to make roti for wrap:

  • firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup maida, and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
  • now add water and start to knead the dough.
  • knead to a soft dough adding water as required.
  • further, add 2 tbsp oil and start to knead the dough.
  • knead to a super soft dough. grease oil, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  • after 20 minutes, knead the dough again for a minute.
  • pinch a ball-sized dough and dust with wheat flour.
  • roll to a slightly thick thickness.
  • cook the rolled roti on hot Tawa.
  • cook both sides without applying oil.
  • once the roti is half cooked, spread oil on the roti.
  • cook on both sides and the roti is ready to prepare the Frankie.

how to marinate paneer for paneer tikka:

  • firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup of curd.
  • add 2 tbsp shan tandoori masala and 1 tsp shan ginger garlic paste.
  • also, add 2 tsp lemon juice, 3 tsp oil, and ½ petals onion.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • further, add 14 cube paneer, 6 cube red capsicum, 6 cube green capsicum, 6 cube yellow capsicum and 12 cherry tomato.
  • mix gently combining everything well.
  • now cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • after 30 minutes, insert the veggies randomly into skewers.
  • grill on a hot pan or use a tandoor to grill.
  • grill on medium flame until all sides are cooked well.
  • now to get the tandoori flavour, place hot charcoal and pour ghee.
  • cover and also the aroma to infuse for a minute.
  • finally, paneer tikka is ready to serve.
  • how to prepare Kathi roll or Frankie or wrap:
  • firstly, take the roti and spread 1 tsp green chutney.
  • now place 2 skewers of paneer tikka.
  • top with cabbage, onions and cucumber.
  • further, add 1 tsp chilli vinegar over it. to prepare chili vinegar, cut 3 green chills and soak in ¼ cup vinegar for 15 minutes.
  • also, add 1 tsp tomato sauce and roll tight.
  • finally, enjoy paneer tikka, Frankie, with tomato sauce.
