Yummy Paneer Pulao
Ingredients Yummy Paneer Pulao
a pinch of cumin
1 bay leaf
two spoons of ghee and oil
1 cup basmati rice
100 gram cheese slice
1 cup fresh green peas
one finely chopped onion
Half teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
Finely chopped green chillies and coriander as required
10 finely chopped cashews salt as per taste
How To Make Yummy Paneer Pulao
Wash the rice and keep it to soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Now cut the cheese into the shape of the child’s choice. Heat ghee or oil in a rice cooking vessel on medium flame. Now add cumin seeds in hot ghee. After the cumin seeds crackle, add cinnamon and onion. Now add cashew nuts and cheese and fry until it turns golden.
Then add fresh green peas and after some time, take out the rice from the water and add it to it. Mix the rice for some time and add about two cups of water. After adding water, add salt, chilli powder and garam masala as per requirement and cover. After some time, serve Matar Paneer Pulao. Garnish by cutting coriander leaves on top. Serve it with tomato chutney or raita.
