2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp pistachios
1 tbsp poppy seeds1
1/2 tbsp fennel
10 tsp black pepper corns
10-12 cardamom seeds
1 melon seeds
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp rose syrup
2 tbsp rose petals
1 litre milk
How To Make Delicious Rose Thandai
First of all, soak cashews, almonds, melon seeds, poppy seeds, pistachios, cardamom seeds, black pepper seeds and rose petals in water for some time.
Then grind all these things and make a smooth paste.
Meanwhile, cook the milk in a pan till it boils.
