Ingredients Delicious Oreo Cake

For the cake:

300 gms Oreo biscuits

 1¼ cups milk

 ½ tsp Eno fruit salt For the chocolate glaze:

 200 gms dark chocolate chips

 1 cup cream (warm)

How To Make Delicious Oreo Cake

Firstly, take 300 gms Oreo biscuits in a mixer and blend to a fine powder. You can use any cream biscuit of your choice. Transfer the biscuit powder to a large bowl. Add 1 cup milk and mix using a whisk.

Mix till you form a smooth lump-free batter, adding milk if required. Just before steaming, add ½ tsp fruit salt and slowly add 2 tbsp milk. You can alternatively use ¼ tsp baking soda or ½ tsp baking powder.

Pour the batter into a bowl. Make sure to grease the bowl and line it with parchment paper. Place the bowl in the steamer and steam for 45 minutes. Steam until a toothpick comes out clean. Make sure to keep an eye on it, as the water in the steamer may fluctuate.

Unmould the cake and cool completely. How to prepare Chocolate Glaze: Firstly, take 200 gms dark chocolate chips in a glass bowl. You can alternatively use chopped chocolate here.

Now add 100 grams of warm whipping cream. Stir and the chocolate chips should melt completely. If your chocolate is not melting completely then you can use the microwave or double boiler method.

Silky shiny chocolate glaze is ready. Make sure the glaze is not too hot. Pour the glaze on the cake immediately. Eggless Oreo Chocolate Cake is ready to enjoy.
