Ingredients Yummy Paneer Dosa
Dosa paste – 1 big bowl
For the filling
Boiled potatoes – 5
Paneer – 200gm
small bowl Chopped onion – 1
Chana dal – 1 small bowl
Dry red chilli – 2
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 12-14
Salt – according to taste

How To make Yummy Paneer Dosa
To make Paneer Masala Dosa, first take out the dosa paste in a bowl. Now start preparing the stuffing. First of all, take a pan and place it on medium flame to heat oil. After the oil is heated, add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add dry red chillies to it.
When the chilli is fried properly, add onion and fry till it turns golden. Keep stirring with a ladle during this time. Now add chana dal to it. After frying for some time, mash the boiled potatoes and add it to it. Then mash the paneer and add it to this mixture.
