Yummy Pav bhaji Dosa
Ingredients Yummy Pav bhaji Dosa
Pav Bhaji Masala- 4 tsp
Dosa batter-1 packet
Oil- for frying
Butter- 2 tsp
Onion- 1
Green capsicum- 1
Tomato- 1
Green peas- cup
Garlic- 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce- 4 tsp
Mango powder- 2 tsp
Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
Red chilli paste- 2 tsp
Potato- 1 boiled and mashed
Coriander leaves-
handful Cheese- cup grated
How To Make Yummy Pav bhaji Dosa
Take a non-stick pan and heat it. Pour the dosa batter on it and spread it in a circular shape. Then pour a spoonful of ghee on it and stir it. While the dosa is cooking, add chopped onion, capsicum, green peas, chopped tomatoes and a pinch of chopped garlic on it.
Mix this mixture on the dosa and pour schezwan sauce on top. Spread the vegetable paste all over the dosa. Now add mashed potatoes and butter and chopped coriander leaves on it. Now sprinkle some water so that the dosa does not stick to the pan. Then sprinkle some salt.
Now turn off the gas, add grated cheese on top. Now fold the dosa and serve
