How to Make Beetroot Paneer Salad Recipe

- Boil grated beetroot , peas & potato.
- Mix curd, sugar, salt, olive oil & pepper powder in a bowl.
- Now mix vegetables,pineapple & crumbled paneer with curd mixture. Keep rest in fridge for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins take out the bowl from fridge & serve it chilled in a plate.
