Ingredients Delicious Black Forest Cake
+1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup milk 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup unflavored oil 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla or chocolate essence 1 tsp white vinegar For cake icing:– 1 cup lightly whipped cream 4 tsp powdered sugar 1/4 cup water 4 tsp chocolate ganache

First of all, put vinegar in the milk and keep it aside for 10 minutes and apply oil in the cake tin and put butter paper and get it ready. To preheat the Baati cooker, keep it on low flame on the gas. On the other hand, filter all the dry ingredients through a sieve. Now in a mixing bowl, take the vinegar milk, oil . And add vanilla essence/chocolate essence and mix well.
Now add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, little by little, and mix them gently using cut and fold method. The consistency of the cake should be ribbon flowing. Now pour this batter into the cake tin and tap it to set.
Now place this tin in the Bati Cooker/Kadhai/Cooker and let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Keep the gas flame low. After 35 minutes, check with a knife if the cake is sticking or not. If not, then turn off the gas. If it is sticking, then bake it for 5 more minutes. Turn off the gas after 5 minutes and leave it like this for 2 minutes.
Now take out the cake tin from the Bati cooker and cover it with a towel and let it cool. When the cake cools down, demould it and keep it in an air tight box and keep it in the fridge.
For cake frosting (icing):—
Take chilled whipped cream in a chilled bowl. (The cream should be cold but not frozen). Now add 2 teaspoons of icing sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence. ((Whipped cream is sweet but adding a little powdered sugar or icing sugar makes the cream thicker.) It gets beaten well))))). Now beat the cream with a beater for 3 minutes on low speed. After 3 minutes, beat it on high speed for 6 to 7 minutes. The cake icing cream is ready.
When the cake cools down, cut it into three layers with a knife. Mix 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of jam in 1/4 cup of water and prepare the sugar syrup. Now place a layer of cake on the cake board and spread the sugar syrup on it with a brush And apply a layer of cream.
Now coat the cake well with cream and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour, this is called cream coating. After 1/2 hour, take out the cake from the fridge and apply cream again and make it uniform from all sides with a scraper
Now put a star nozzle in the piping bag and fill it with cream and make flowers all around the cake and apply a little jam on all the flowers (if you have berries then apply that). Sprinkle grated dark chocolate in the middle of all the cakes. Now let the cake cool for 1/2 hour.
