Delicious Chocolate Cake
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coffee powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and coffee powder in a bowl.
2. Keep them aside.
3. Mix 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup hot water in a bowl. Let it cool a little.
4. When this is done, add milk and vanilla essence to it. Mix well.
5.Now put it in an oiled baking tin.
6. Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick in it that it comes out clean.
7. To make it smooth, you can apply chocolate ganache / chocolate sauce on it.
