Ingredients to make Paneer Korma

Paneer – 3 cups

Tomato chopped – 1 tomato

Onion finely chopped – 1

Green chilli chopped – 2

Garlic cloves – 5

Fresh cream – 1/2 cup

Grated coconut – 1/2 cup

Poppy seeds – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1 piece

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Fennel – 1 tsp

Cashews – 15

Cinnamon – 1 piece

Cloves – 2

Bay leaf – 1

Green coriander leaves 

1-tablespoon Oil

How to Make Delicious Paneer Korma

To make Paneer Korma, first take paneer and cut them into squares. Now take grated coconut, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, green chillies, fennel and put them in the mixer jar. Add some water to it and prepare a fine paste. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped paneer pieces to it and fry until it turns light brown. Now take them out in a plate.

Now put some oil in the pan and heat it again, add cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves and fry on low flame. When the color of bay leaves starts changing, add finely chopped onions to it and fry till it turns golden. After this add chopped tomatoes into it. Fry the tomatoes until they become soft. After this, add red chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric to this mixture, mix well and cook.

 

Now wait for the gravy to boil. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame and let the gravy cook further. The gravy has to be cooked until it starts releasing oil. When the gravy starts releasing oil, add cream to it and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After this, add fried paneer pieces to the gravy and mix well. Your delicious Paneer Korma for dinner is ready. Before serving it, garnish it with green coriander leaves.
