Ingredients for Shrikhand:

500 grams thick curd or hung curd

150 grams icing sugar

3 grams cardamom powder

5 grams saffron

2 drops rose water

10 ml (optional) milk Dry fruits, cut into pieces

 

How to Make Shrikhand Recipe

 It is quite easy to make. To make this, first of all the curd is hung in a muslin cloth and the water is taken out. After that the curd is whipped. Later, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, sugar and saffron etc. are added to it, which further enhances its taste. The smoother Shrikhand is, the tastier it tastes.
