Ingredients Hara bhara kebab Recipe-
fresh green peas 100 grams
spinach 250 grams
Boiled potatoes 4
Bread mashed 1/4 cup
corn flour 1/4 cup
Mango/Parsley 1 cup
standing coriander 3 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Clove 3
How much ginger 1/2 tbsp
coriander leaves 1 cup
Lemon 1
Spice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
How To make Hara bhara kebab Recipe-
To make green kebabs, first take a pan and put coriander and cumin seeds in it and fry them on medium heat. Fry them for about 4 to 5 minutes. After this, take out cumin and coriander in a plate and keep them separately.
Now add peas, spinach and one spoon salt in the same pan and cook on medium flame. Cook them till their water dries up. If you want to cook quickly, you can cover the pan and cook for some time.
During this, keep in mind that peas and spinach have to be cooked while stirring with the help of a ladle until the water dries up.
When spinach and peas cool down, grind them with green chillies, parsley, coriander leaves, roasted cumin, cloves, coriander and ginger. Now take out this paste in a big utensil or bowl. Now add potatoes, chaat masala, mashed bread, corn flour, garam masala, chaat masala and salt to this paste and mix them well.
After this break small lumps of this paste. Now apply water on your palms, first take a ball and first make it round and then flatten it with a light press of your palms. In the same way make all the balls like this. Now take a griddle and heat it by keeping it on medium flame on the gas. When the griddle becomes hot, put oil in it.
After the oil is hot, put 3-4 kebabs in it and fry them. Roast them well from both the sides till they turn golden brown. After this, take it out in a plate. Fry all the kebabs in the same manner. Your green kebabs are ready. Sprinkle chaat masala on them and serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
