Crushed ginger – 1/2 tsp,

Grated cabbage – 2 to 3 tbsp

Finely chopped carrots – 1,Finely chopped

beans – as required,

Finely chopped green onions – as required,

Finely chopped green chillies – 2 tsp,finely chopped

 Boiled noodles – 1/2 cup

Salt – as required

Black pepper powder – as required

Soy sauce – 2 tsp

Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp

White vinegar – 2 tsp

Coriander leaves – As required, finely chopped

hot water – as required

How To Make Manchow Soup Recipe:

To make this delicious Veg Manchow Soup easily at home, first heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger well on high flame. After this, add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and beans and fry them well while stirring for a few seconds.

After this add green onion and green chilli and mix it well. Now you have to add boiled noodles, salt and black pepper powder in it and mix it well again. After that add soy sauce, red chili sauce and white vinegar and mix it well with the help of a spoon.

Now add green coriander and some hot water to it and mix well. Then cook it until it boils. When it boils well, put it in a serving bowl and garnish with green onions. Your delicious Veg Manchow Soup is now ready to serve.
