Paneer Crispy Recipe-

 

   Ingredients Paneer Crispy Recipe-

Paneer – 250 grams

Corn flour – 5 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste –

1 tsp Green chilli chopped –

2-3 Sugar –

1 tablespoon Chopped capsicum –

2 tbsp Red chilli powder –

2 tbsp Green onion leaves –

2 tsp Tomato Sauce –

1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce –

2 tbsp Soya sauce –

1 tsp Schezwan Sauce –

2 tbsp Oil – for frying

Salt – as per taste

How To Make Paneer Crispy Recipe-

1. Make a paste by mixing a little water in all the other ingredients except paneer. 2. Cut the paneer into cubes. 3. Heat oil in a pan. 4. Dip the pieces of paneer in the prepared paste and wrap it well and then deep fry in hot oil. 5. When they become crispy, take them out on a plate. While serving them, put green chilies

and coriander on the paneer. Do not forget to keep green chutney along with it.
