Ingredients for making Gravy-

1 big onion 3 to 4 tomatoes inch ginger 3 to 5 garlic cloves 2 maces 2 to 3 green cardamoms 1-inch cinnamon 2 to 3 cloves 2 tsp cashew nuts 1 cup water

Rest of the ingredients-

250 to 300 gm paneer 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or degi mirch cup low-calorie cream 1 bay leaf 1 green chili 1.5 cups water tsp musk methi garam masala powder 1 tsp honey or tsp sugar 2 to 2.5 tsp butter 1 tsp grated paneer for garnishing inch finely grated ginger salt for garnishing – few coriander leaves as per taste

paneer Makhan Wala –

First of all, cook chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cashew, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom in a pan by adding 1 cup of water. Cook it till it melts. Then after 15 minutes keep it aside to cool down. When it cools down, grind it in a mixer. Cashew nuts should be finely ground. Now put butter in the same pan. Then put bay leaves in it and stir it.

After that add Makhani paste and stir it. Put red chili powder on top and cook on low flame. Cook the spices well. When the masala starts leaving the butter, add chopped green chilies, salt, and water to it. Now run it again. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add honey or sugar to it. After that add cream, kasoori fenugreek, and garam masala, stir, and turn off the flame. Now serve Paneer Makhanwala by garnishing it with cream, grated paneer, finely grated ginger, and coriander leaves
