1/2 cup poha soaked

1/2 cup onion

1 potato boiled

2 tbsp coriander

1 tbsp corn flour

2 gram flour

1 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp black pepper

Oil for frying

How To Make Poha Cutlet Recipe

Take poha and potatoes in a bowl, mash both well and mix. 2. Add onion, green chilli, green coriander, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, red chilli, black pepper and all the spices and ginger garlic paste. 3. Add corn flour and gram flour and mix well once again.

Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. 5. After this, roll it in a plate and spread it like roti and take out its pieces with a knife. 6. Heat oil in a pan and fry them till they become crispy golden brown and enjoy them with chutney.
