 Ingredients Poha Moong Dal Dosa

1/2 cup poha

1 cup yellow lentils/ moong dal

2 tbsp rice flour

Salt to taste

2 green chillies, chopped

Few curry leaves, roughly chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 cup onion, chopped

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

How To Make Poha Moong Dal Dosa

Wash and soak the lentils for at least 30-40 minutes. Wash and soak the flattened rice or poha for 10 minutes and drain the water immediately and keep aside. Put the drained moong dal, poha, salt, green chillies and rice flour in a blender and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

Add some water to get the consistency. Transfer the batter to a large bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, cumin seeds and chopped curry leaves and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and spread a ladle of batter on the tawa.

Cook on low flame and spread some oil. Cook on both sides and remove in a plate. Serve hot Moong Dal Poha Dosa with hot Sambar and tomato or coconut chutney.
