How To Make Tandoori Paneer Masala
To make Tandoori Paneer Tikka, first take a mixing bowl and add curd, black pepper powder, lemon juice, roasted cumin, chaat masala, black salt, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, salt, red chili powder, roasted gram flour, ginger. -Add garlic paste. Now add mustard oil in a tempering pan and heat it well.
So that smoke comes out of it. Now add this oil to the mixture and mix it with the help of a spoon. Do not use your hands during this, otherwise your hands will get burnt because the oil is very hot. Your paneer tikka batter is ready.
Now add cheese, capsicum and onion in it and mix it with the help of hands and leave it for about 20 to 25 minutes. Now comes the turn to cook it. Since you are making it at home, you can also prepare it on a pan.
For this, take a non-stick pan and heat it. When it becomes medium hot, add cheese, capsicum and onion and cook from all sides. However, keep in mind that you should not cook the paneer too much, otherwise the paneer becomes hard and then you will not enjoy eating it.
