Cut the cheese into medium sized pieces. Now add rice flour, maida or wheat flour, corn flour, ginger and garlic paste, chaat masala powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, red color and salt as per taste in a bowl and mix well. Now prepare a thick paste by adding water as required. After the paste is made, add cheese pieces to it and mix.

When all the paste has been applied to the paneer, then keep the oil on medium flame to heat. After the oil is hot, add the pieces of cheese wrapped in paste and fry them until they become crisp. After frying the paneer, keep it in an oil absorbing napkin. Now add cumin seeds to the remaining oil in the pan.

After the cumin seeds crackle, add onion and fry lightly. Then add salt and curd to it and cook for some time. After about a minute, add fried paneer to it and cook for one to two minutes. Now Paneer 65 is ready. Serve it with hot tamarind chutney or green chutney.
