Ingredients Yummy Multani Paneer Tikka
500 gm Paneer
4 tbsp cheddar cheese
2 cups white mushrooms, chopped
1 cup (chopped): Onion,
chopped 2 green chillies,
chopped 2 tsp ginger,
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup gram flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
3 tsp coriander
How To Make Yummy Multani Paneer Tikka
1. Cut the cheese lengthwise and take out the water.
2. Heat one spoon oil in a pan, add mushrooms and onions and fry. Also add salt, garam masala, black pepper and cumin over it.
3. After the mixture is roasted, leave it to cool.
After this, add chopped ginger, coriander leaves, green chillie and grated cheese and mix.
5. Now spread it with a knife till half of the cheese and fold it.
6. Then prepare the mixture by mixing gram flour in water.
