Yummy Paneer Cheese Ball

Ingredients Yummy Paneer Cheese Ball

 250 grams cheese

one finely chopped onion

1 chopped green chilli

1/2 cup coriander

salt as per taste

chilli powder

100 grams cheese

half spoon chaat masala

2 spoon gram flour

One  two spoons corn flour

1 cup bread crumbs

Oil or ghee as required

Yummy Paneer Cheese Ball

First of all grate the cheese. Now mix onion, cheese, green chilli, chaat masala, red chilli powder and gram flour in a vessel. Now make medium sized balls or balls from the mixture. Put cheese in the middle of this ball and close it. Prepare all the cheese balls in the same manner. Now prepare the solution by adding two spoons of corn flour and water. Dip all the prepared balls in this batter and roll them in bread crumbs. Now keep these balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan or any other vessel on medium flame.

After the oil is hot, fry all these balls one by one. Your crispy and tasty Paneer Cheese Balls are ready. You can serve them with sauce and chutney.
