Ingredients Yummy Paneer Momos

Mashed Paneer 200 grams

a cup of flour or flour

one spoon ghee or oil

a pinch of baking powder

two spoons butter

a finely chopped onion

one finely chopped chilli

one spoon grated cabbage

How to make Yummy Paneer Momos

First of all, add baking powder and salt as per taste to flour or flour and knead it. Cover the dough and leave it to ferment for some time. Meanwhile, to make the stuffing, keep the pan heated on medium flame. Now add butter, ghee or oil, onion, cheese, green chillies, cabbage, sauce and salt and cook lightly. Alternatively, instead of cooking them, you can put them in a vessel and mix them well. Fill the momos with whichever of the two stuffings you like.

To fill the stuffing, first make small balls of the kneaded dough. Now roll it lightly and fill it with one spoon or as much stuffing as required. After adding stuffing, shape it like momos. After shaping, steam or deep fry the momos as per the child’s choice. Now serve it with tomato chutney or coriander chutney.
