Yummy Schezwan Dosa Recipe

2.5 cups dosa batter

3/4 cup noodles (boiled)

1/4 cup cabbage (chopped)

1/4 cup carrot (chopped)

1/4 cup capsicum (chopped)

3 tbsp French beans (diagonally chopped)

1/2 tsp ginger (finely chopped)

1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)

2 green chillies (diagonally chopped)

3 tbsp spring onion leaves (chopped lengthwise)

1 teaspoon soya sauce

3/4 cup Schezwan sauce

1 cup rice

vinegar2 teaspoon

tomato ketchup1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

Salt to taste

How To Make Yummy Schezwan Dosa Recipe

1.To prepare the filling for dosa, heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds.

2. Now add onion, green chillies and fry on high flame for 30 seconds. Then add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and beans. Fry them on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

3.The vegetables should remain crisp. Add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt along with the boiled noodles

4.Toss everything well to coat it well with the sauce. Switch off the flame and add spring onion greens. Allow the stuffing to cool a little.

5.Now heat a non stick pan. Apply some oil on it. Wipe it with a tissue. Pour a spoonful of dosa batter and spread it to make a big dosa.

6. Apply some oil on the edges and top of the dosa. Now spread the Schezwan sauce evenly on the dosa.

7.The dosa should be crispy from the bottom and cooked from the top as well. There is no need to flip and cook the other side.

8. Place a little filling on one side of the dosa and carefully lift the other side and fold it into a crescent shape. Take it out on a plate. serve hot.
