500 grams ghee,

500 grams fat,

1 kg icing sugar,

750 grams wheat flour,

250 grams gram flour,

10 grams cardamom powder

How To Make

1. Combine ghee, fat, and icing sugar in a bowl.

2. Add wheat flour, gram flour, and cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly.

3. Now form 18-gram balls and place them on a baking tray.

4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes.

5. Serve after cooling.
